This is an introductory and research meeting to determine the best approach the church should take in reaching its objectives. Some of the topics of discussion and research include your vision, financial capabilities, property, location, existing facilities, and of course your desires.
This is one of the most important aspects of your project and there are many things to consider in its development. We want to plan for the present ministry, but also maximize the potential of the property for the future. We place your future needs, along with any existing facilities, strategically on your property to effectively plan for today and the future.
We start with our “Church Survey” to get answers to a variety of questions. A meeting with the leadership helps establish individual goals and visions. We have a complete list of items that will be addressed in developing the Master Plan.
This Master Plan is reviewed and changed as often as necessary until you are satisfied and give us the okay to proceed.
This will be included in the Master Plan and consists of a floor plan of all facilities of phase one and an exterior design based on the information received. We can do as many changes as necessary until we get the look you desire.
This phase allows you to visualize your ideas and decide if you are moving in the desired direction. It also lets you visualize what you will be building within your projected budget.
This phase is included in the price of the plans and is not an extra charge as you may find in many areas.
We provide you with completed plans and specifications as required by national and local codes. These are submitted to the city for inspection and any changes they request will be made and re-submitted.
We are unique since we do not charge a percentage of what the building may or should cost. Our fee is a flat fee based on the square footage of the building. Why pay more for your plans simply because you live in an area where building costs are extremely high. When you pay a percentage of the estimated construction cost you could be paying a lot of extra money that can be used in other areas.
Our construction management program takes care of all aspects of construction as we keep you informed throughout the project. There are no change order fees; no hidden costs and you are welcome to be a part of any aspect of the project. We work with any volunteer help you may have, as it is one more way to save money.
Our fee is based on the square footage of the building and you know up front what your fees will be. This helps in planning your overall budget.
If all you need is plans we are ready to assist you. If you have plans and need to save as much as possible on construction we want to help there as well.
Direct loans and Capital Gifts. The amount and type of financial assistance can be best determined from our financial analysis.
